In this K-3 Think Tank, educators will explore how to use specific thinking routines, games, and guided minilessons to develop additive reasoning. Across the two sessions, participants will assess students’ mathematical reasoning, use the resulting data to design targeted small-group lessons, enact those lessons, reflect on the teaching, and plan future instruction to support children’s ongoing learning.
